Payment shall be made in Thai Baht at the rate applicable at the time of registration.

The fee is inclusive of all activity participation charges, accommodation, domestic travel within Japan, group accident insurance, and value-added tax (VAT).

For the Freestyle Adventure activity on the 8th day of the camp, there will be an additional fee depending on the activity chosen by the camper, payable on the first day of camp.

Additional expenses

• Airfare is payable at the prevailing rate at the time of registration. Parents who prefer to make their own flight arrangements are requested to refer to the relevant information provided here.
• Meals throughout the camp period are not included in the programme fee. Participants are recommended to bring no less than JPY 35,000 in cash, comprising JPY 20,000 for Nature Adventure activities and JPY 15,000 for City Adventure activities.
• Any additional personal expenses

Regular registration can be cancelled or changed within 14 days before the first day of camp, with a fee of THB 5,000 and any actual costs for cancelling the flight ticket.

If there are changes in expenses in Japan due to external factors beyond Cubic Creative’s control, such as changes in train ticket prices, entrance fees, or external service charges, Cubic Creative may adjust the JPY fee accordingly and will provide evidence to parents.

On the first day of camp, parents must place a security deposit of THB 10,000 if the camper has international health insurance, or THB 90,000 if the camper does not have international health insurance. The security deposit will be refunded within 72 hours after the camper returns to Thailand.

Special rates and promotions

Super Early Bird Promotion

Cubic Creative is pleased to offer a limited Super Early Bird Promotion, available for the first four (4) confirmed participants only. The programme fee is reduced from JPY 345,000 to JPY 245,000, representing a saving of JPY 100,000 per participant.

The registration procedure is as follows:

1. Parents are required to remit the promotional programme fee of JPY 245,000, payable in Thai Baht at the applicable exchange rate prevailing at the time of registration.
2. Upon confirmation of the first four registered participants, our crew will notify parents of the airfare based on the actual ticket price at the time of booking. Payment for the airfare must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. Should payment not be received within the stipulated period, Cubic Creative reserves the right to recalculate the airfare in accordance with the revised prevailing rate.

Registration under this special offer is non-cancelable under any circumstances. This offer vaild until 13 March 2026 at 12:00 p.m., or once all four (4) seats have been taken, whichever occurs first. This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and will revert to the standard rate once the four seats have been secured. Please contact our crew to claim your offer.

Travel schedule

• Departure: Evening of 20 July 2026
• Return to Bangkok: After midnight of 29 July 2026

Please note that the travel schedule may be subject to changes due to various factors. If the change does not exceed one day before or after the original schedule (e.g., changing from the evening of 30 June to the morning of 29 June), registrants will not be able to cancel their registration in this case.

Registration procedure

2. Check the current airfare with our crew and pay the fee via bank transfer to The Siam Commercial Bank account number 053-443004-4 named Cubic Creative Co., Ltd. or with this QR.
3. Fill out the online form at https://cubic.camp/chcjp10-regis
4. Our crew will contact you to confirm the registration within 3 business days. Please keep the payment receipt until the end of the activity.
5. In the event that our crew cannot confirm the airfare at the original price quoted to parents:
   • If the price difference is no more than THB 5,000, the registration cannot be canceled and the additional amount must be paid.
   • If the price difference exceeds THB 5,000, you may request to cancel the registration and receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Camper drop-off and pick-up in Japan

If parents wish to drop off or pick up their camper in Japan, or if they prefer to book a one-way or return flight on different dates, or to manage their own airfare for the same flight as the group, please contact our crew before registration.

Procedures for Drop-off and Pick-up

• For dropping off or picking up campers in Japan, or managing their own airfare, our crew will arrange the date, time, and location with the parents in advance.
• If the camp schedule needs to change due to operational reasons, we will make every effort to inform parents of the changes as soon as possible. However, Cubic Creative is not responsible for any costs that parents may incur due to changes in the schedule. It is the parents’ responsibility to manage any adjustments accordingly.

Liability management options

• Option 1: Pay a deposit of THB 90,000 in advance. This amount will be used at the discretion of Cubic Creative to ensure the camper’s well-being in case the parent is unable to pick up the camper as agreed, or if the camper cannot travel on their own ticket on the same flight as the group. This may include but is not limited to, a one-way ticket back to Thailand, hotel costs, transportation, or food expenses for both the crew and the camper. Parents will receive a refund of the remaining amount within 3 days after picking up the camper.
• Option 2: Sign a consent form releasing Cubic Creative from responsibility for the camper in case the parent is unable to pick up the camper as agreed, or if the camper cannot travel on their own ticket on the same flight as the group.
