Requirements

Applicants must be between 10 and 14 years old on the first day of the camp (15 July 2024) and possess either a Thai national ID card or a passport from any country.

Moreover, applicants must have the ability to take care of themselves independently throughout the duration of the camp.

The fee includes all of the following items:

Activity and equipment fees
Accommodation for 4 nights
Meals/snacks for a total of 24 servings
Accident insurance
7% Value Added Tax (VAT)

The standard rate allows cancellation or name change within 7 days prior to the first day of the camp, with a fee of 3,000 Baht. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations or name changes will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Additional services

Personal camp updates service

Personalized photo and short video services with direct reports on the campers’ activities sent to parents approximately 5 times a day.

Service fee: THB 7,500

Personal photo/video recording service

A professional photographer will capture approximately 150 photos/clips per camper throughout the camp duration. These high-resolution images and short videos will be compiled for parents to download after the camp concludes.

The content from this service is separate from the daily activity highlights published on Cubic Creative’s social media outlets.

In-camp Behaviour Analysis and Counselling service

At Cubic Creative Camp, we offer a personalized behavioral observation and counseling service designed to support your child’s growth—before, during, and after camp.

Pre-Camp Online Parenting Session (30 minutes)
Together, we define key goals and behavioral areas to observe throughout your child’s camp journey. You’ll also receive a light behavioral and skill-based assessment to help set the stage.
In-Camp Behavioural Observation
Throughout the camp, our trained staff—whether facilitators or licensed psychologists—observe and analyze your child’s behavior in real time. These insights form the foundation of a tailored developmental plan to guide your child forward.
Post-Camp Online Parenting Session (30 minutes)
You’ll receive a clear, practical summary of our observations and professional guidance on how to continue supporting your child at home—turning insights into action.

The activities will be held at the Saenpalm Training Home, Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus, Kamphaeng Saen, Nakorn Pathom (Map) It is a fully equipped facility with separate male and female dormitories in the same building. The air-conditioned dormitory rooms come with attached bathrooms and can accommodate up to ten persons per room.
